Suzette Araujo
An alum performer of Cirque de Soleil, Suzette Araujo is pleased to present her original production of Chandeleirva at The New York International Fringe Festival – Fringe NYC.
Suzette’s acting, comedic and musical talents have been showcased in a diverse range of performances, including shows in China with Theatre Beyond Words, to a Ross Petty production of Snow White at the Elgin Theatre, to a guest role as Mrs. Chintro in a CBC television production of Twitch City.
Other credits include: Songs for a New World at Theatre New Brunswick, Don’t Tell Mamma and Vampires and Lesbians of Sodom at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre, Prince and the Pauper at Young People’s Theatre, No Exit at Gypsy Theatre, Special Olympics with the Famous People Players, and Suds and Nunsense at King Wharf Theatre.
Suzette has also starred in the Muskoka Theatre Project’s self-help, 12-step musical, Wake Me When It's Over!, an original Canadian production. This summer, she also starred in Muskoka Theatre Project’s Scenes From My Dock.
Suzette is a graduate of Humber College’s drama program and has studied under acclaimed professonals Elaine Overholt (voice), David Smukler (voice) John Turner and Michael Kennard (clowning), and Sue Morrison (clowning).
